We are a mobile business operating at customers' homes, workplaces, or preferred locations.

2. Bookings & Payments
All services must be booked in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form.
A price quote will be provided based on vehicle type, service required, and location.
Payments must be made upon completion of service via cash, Revolut, or bank transfer (unless otherwise agreed).
We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe working conditions exist or if vehicle details are misrepresented.

3. Service Scope & Limitations
We only work on vehicles that are mechanically sound and safe to tune or diagnose.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any known issues or modifications before the service begins.
Some services (e.g., remaps, DPF solutions) may affect emissions legality depending on jurisdiction — customers accept full responsibility for any legal implications.
We do not accept liability for hidden pre-existing faults that become evident after tuning or cleaning (e.g., worn clutch, faulty sensors, weak turbo, etc.).

4. Warranties & Guarantees
We guarantee that remapping files provided through our network are tested and safe for the specified engine configuration.
While we aim for optimal results, performance gains may vary slightly depending on the engine’s age, condition, and previous maintenance.
DPF cleaning is performed using professional methods, but success depends on the condition of the filter and the vehicle’s related components.
We do not offer warranty on vehicles with underlying faults or those used in motorsport/off-road applications.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a booking.
Short-notice cancellations may result in a call-out fee to cover time and travel.
